e. Chris - help with slide presentation, recording the public meeting

f. Ces - HOA disbanding research and information Next Meeting Agenda Items Plan for a public meeting September 14th to decide on the direction of the HOA.

3 In order to pay our debt to MMWD as well as our bills, we will need to raise our assessment amount. The meeting will be at Nancy’s house and will be recorded and posted on the website with slides and ballot.
