Assessments
Assessments, also known as HOA dues, are collected each year starting in July. Assessments are now $50.00 per year, per home. We are currently collecting assessments for the 2025 and 2026 fiscal year, as well as a one-time $40 assessment to pay off our MMWD debt. We cannot run the HOA without these assessments. We appreciate you paying your assessments as soon as you get your statement. The assessments are used to pay our PG&E and MMWD bills as well as our HOA insurance. In the future we hope to also pay for welcome baskets and a block party for the whole neighborhood. Budget and meeting notes will be published on this website so that our neighbors can see exactly where the assessment money goes.
